Indigo Girls!

Kyan had his first post-utero concert today to celebrate his due date- an outdoor concert of the Indigo Girls at Santa Monica pier. We brought lots of warm clothes and he slept thru the concert like a pro. Woke up just in time to have his first beach experience- it was dark but his wide eyes were taking it all in. Jimmy goes back to work on the 17th, so we're trying to cram in as much California play time as possible before then- once he goes back to work we'll be on crunch time getting ready to move. So, we're going to San Diego for our anniversary next week, just overnight, but we're going to the San Diego Zoo! I can't tell you the last time I saw a zoo. It will be TONS of fun. In the meantime, we have places to go (dr's and dentist appts for Mommy and Daddy!) people to see (Soccer at Adams on Sunday, hopefully see Jay and Joe tomorrow) so I'll leave some pictures from today before I go feed the little wide eyed monster. Doesn't he know it's almost 1 am?

ps- thought of auntie jane when they closed out the concert with "galileo"- even the Indigo Girls don't belt it like she does!
